We are a player-development focused soccer club serving athletes ages 4–17 in Northeast Philadelphia and the surrounding area. Led by former professional player Artur Zapadnia, our program is built on strong coaching, discipline, and long-term development.

We are expanding and always looking for great coaches who are passionate about teaching and player development.


GOALKEEPER COACH

THE ROLE:
Lead goalkeeper development across age groups. Build technical foundations, footwork, positioning, and game understanding.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan and run structured goalkeeper training sessions

  • Work with team coaches to integrate keepers into team tactics

  • Develop age-appropriate progression plans

  • Teach decision-making, communication, and composure

  • Monitor player progress and provide feedback

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Playing or coaching background as a goalkeeper

  • Experience working with youth players

  • Clear communicator, patient teacher

  • Organized and consistent

  • Understands modern goalkeeper demands (feet + decision-making)


YOUTH SOCCER COACH

THE ROLE:
Coach and develop youth players within a structured training system.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver organized, purposeful training sessions

  • Teach technical skills and game understanding

  • Maintain discipline and positive environment

  • Support player confidence and growth

  • Communicate clearly with parents and staff

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Playing or coaching experience

  • Comfortable working with kids ages 4–17

  • Strong presence, positive leadership

  • Values structure, consistency, and accountability

  • Reliable and team-oriented


DIRECTOR OF COACHING

THE ROLE:
Oversee club-wide player development standards and coaching quality.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Set training methodology and curriculum

  • Mentor and guide coaching staff

  • Ensure consistency across age groups

  • Evaluate player development pathways

  • Lead coach education and planning

  • Maintain professional training standards

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Strong coaching background (academy or competitive youth level)

  • Leadership and organizational skills

  • Ability to build systems, not just sessions

  • Clear communicator with parents and staff

  • Focus on long-term development over short-term results
