Player Roster Acceptance & Seasonal Commitment

Roster Acceptance

By signing below, the parent/legal guardian confirms that the player accepts a roster position with Northeast Wolves FC for the above seasonal year and authorizes Northeast Wolves FC to register the player with Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer Association (EPYSA) and the applicable league.

The parent/legal guardian further confirms that Northeast Wolves FC is being designated as the player's PRIMARY team for EPYSA registration purposes.

The family understands that the Club will rely upon this commitment when determining roster size, accepting or declining other players, registering teams for league competition, scheduling coaches, and planning the upcoming season.

Seasonal Commitment

By accepting the roster position, the player and parent/legal guardian acknowledge that the player is committing to participate with Northeast Wolves FC for the seasonal year, subject to applicable EPYSA, league, and governing-body rules.

The family agrees to promptly notify the Club in writing if circumstances arise that may prevent the player from continuing with the team.

A player who wishes to leave Northeast Wolves FC after registration must request a release through the applicable EPYSA/league process. Until an approved release or transfer is completed, the family understands that Northeast Wolves FC remains the player's designated primary club/team.

Other Clubs and Tryouts

Northeast Wolves FC does not prohibit players from exploring future soccer opportunities. However, once the player has accepted a roster position and has been registered as a primary player for the current seasonal year, the family agrees to notify the Club before accepting a primary roster position with another club.

Acceptance of an offer from another club does not automatically terminate the player's registration or commitment with Northeast Wolves FC. Any change of primary team status must be completed in accordance with applicable EPYSA and league transfer/release procedures.

Release Requests

All requests for release from Northeast Wolves FC must be submitted in writing by the player's parent or legal guardian.

Release requests will be handled in accordance with EPYSA, ICSL, and other applicable governing-body rules. Northeast Wolves FC reserves the right to address any outstanding financial, uniform, equipment, registration, or other documented obligations before approving a release to the extent permitted by applicable rules.

Nothing in this agreement is intended to supersede EPYSA, US Youth Soccer, U.S. Soccer, or applicable league rules.
